Shipping

All Sales are final.  We will only accept returns on items where the product itself is damaged or defective(not the box) or if we made a mistake.  In this case, you will receive a replacement or if a replacement is not available, store credit will be given.  In some cases we maybe able to offer replacement boxes for commons that are in stock from the manufacturer.  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping charge for the item will be deducted from any refund given.

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service and should arrive to you within 7 business days. Only Priority Shipping packages are insured. All items will be shipped 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. 

Please ensure that you have the correct shipping and billing address at the time of placing your order. Packages that are refused will be refunded and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Packages that have an incorrect address, we will attempt to resolve with you. If we ship the item back out, you may be charged for the shipping back to you.

Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders are a binding purchase agreement and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any pre-ordered items will be shipped within 7 days of us receiving the product from our vendor. All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase and will be given priority over anyone else.

If you order both in stock items and pre-order items, we will not ship your order until all items on your order are in stock.

All release dates are estimates from the supplier and manufacturer. If there are any erroneous date changes, we will communicate these accordingly. We will allow pre-order cancellations within 24hours from the date the item was purchased. 

Cancellation Policy

All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable for any reason. All pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours but will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. After 24 hours pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. We will only issue store credit for any cancellation after 24 hours.

Box and Paint Condition

As collectors ourselves we strive to send out mint to near mint products, however we are subject to how items are received from our vendors. You may not receive a product with the perfect paint job or mint condition box. We do our best to hand pick the best items however you may receive a package that has minor imperfections. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to the box condition. By purchasing from our site, you accept and understand this policy.
